Ace Tang is the Vice President of Southasia Advisory, and presents well in English and Chinese, she’s an MBA graduate from Coventry UK.

Ace is a prominent woman entrepreneur and is the only woman CEO cum Co-Owner for a newspaper company in Malaysia. Prior to becoming a businesswoman, she worked in MNCs such as Unilever, Energizer/ Eveready, Star Publications, Integrated Information (a SingTel Group), etc.

Ace is the CEO and Publisher of Big Orange Media Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is also a writer who has her own column in Big Orange newspaper. Big Orange is the No. 1 free Chinese Business Weekly Newspaper in Malaysia. Its printed copies are distributed free on every Monday.

Ace is a speaker at international and local conferences and seminars; she speaks on subjects such as Branding, Innovative Business Models, Win-Win Business Strategies, Building a Customer-centric Culture, International Brands vs Asian Brands and etc.

Mr. Leong graduated from University of Iowa in 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Science.

Upon Graduation, he started his career with Rhombus Private Limited Company, a housing development company, as a sales manager to deal with bankers, lawyers and government agencies. He set and formulated salesplan and goal, and trained sales staff, and developed sales team.

In 1991, he joined Formosa Prosonic Sdn Bhd as Assistant General Manager in Administration, a company dealing with audio manufacturing. He was responsible for benefit and welfare of company staff which included training program to enhance working performance and attitudes.

He worked with DF Printers Company in 2003 as General Manager in-charged of oversea’s production and maintenance department. He was responsible for planning, administration, and purchasing works, and formulated store system, and also involved in quality control and account department. He left DF Printers in 2007 to join Global Century Resources Sdn Bhd dealing with human resources planning as a Sales Manager.

Leong has wide experiences in dealing with sales and marketing management which involves market penetration and promotion to achieve business target.

Sharon Li graduated from Sichuan Normal University 2006 with Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting – Finance and Technology. While working after graduation, she attended University as part time student studying Civil and Commercial Law.

Sharon started her career with Beijing Tieforce Engineering Company Limited in Beijing PRC. She was responsible for company financial affair, and prepared all the necessary financial statements.

In 2009, Sharon was transferred / seconded to Malaysia as Representative Officer to assist on the EFC contacting of CVM Magnesium Sdn Bhd to build a Magnesium Smelting Plant in Perak. She had assisted in project management and scheduling, procurement & contract, energy savings programs, equipment performance evaluation, testing & commissioning, plant safety compliance, transfer of technology, and technical language translation.

Upon completion of CVM Magnesium project, Sharon assisted the Company on a turnkey contract awarded by Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd to install & commissioning the Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant with annual production capacity of 2 X 1.2 million metric tons in Kemaman and Iron Ore Processing Plant with annual capacity of 3 million metric tons in Bukit Besi. Later, she held the position of Project Integrity Management Officer with the approved Malaysian Employment Pass.

Sharon has gained experiences in company management, accounting and financial matters, and project management.
