据悉，澳大利亚NSX是上海股交中心首个国外同类市场的战略合作伙伴，张云峰认为，此次合作为上海股交中心面向国际业务的开展奠定了一定基础。 他表示，此次牵手澳大利亚NSX对上海股交中心而言，首要任务是“学习”。随着上海自贸区金融政策的逐步开放，上海股交中心将积极汲取更多国外证券交易场所的市场监管和企业融资方面的先进经验，借鉴国外具有可行性的证券交易制度和做法，同时探索和推动上股交市场内企业和投资者到海外寻找投融资机会。 他坦言，目前要实现上股交和NSX的互联互通还很难，但随着自贸区政策和人民币政策的放宽，未来还是有可能建立绿色通道实现企业两地挂牌的，当前主要是一些储备和铺垫工作。

澳大利亚NSX总裁Emlyn Scott表示，NSX非常看重高成长、创新型的企业，是一个适合中小型企业的资本市场。 而这一点又与上海股交中心的定位不谋而合。 根据双方签订的协议，上股交和NSX将在信息共享、项目合作、自贸区金融合作，推动中澳企业合作和金融合作，为中国及澳大利亚的企业和投资人提供更为优质、多样化、国际化的金融服务上展开合作。 NSX是澳大利亚第二大证券交易所，成立于1937年，其前身是澳大利亚纽卡斯尔证券交易所，2000年重组后更名为澳大利亚国家证券交易所。 NSX在帮助企业实现海外上市等领域有着丰富经验，为企业提供从首次上市、融资、合规到再次融资和跨境上市的支持和帮助。

The two exchanges intend to offer growth companies an effective and efficient pathway to access global markets.

The Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between the NSXA and SEE allows Chinese companies to rapidly expand their investor reach beyond China via the NSXA.

The MOU covers three main parts:

Information sharing – covering rules, SEE listings on NSXA, capital raising and regulatory requirements;
Project cooperation – dual listing, capital raising solutions and NSX global service; and
Financial cooperation – in Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

NSX Chief Executive Officer, Emlyn Scott, said “This is not only an historic day for both the SEE and NSXA, but for both China and Australia. China is Australia’s largest trading partner.

AdvanceTC is a premier company specialising in the design, development and commercialisation of high tech mobile wireless computing and telecommunication devices.

The Company has issued capital of 300,317,550 shares at an issue price of AUD$0.55. This gave the Company a market cap on the day of listing of approximately AUD$195 million,

On Friday, Malaysia’s AdvanceTC became the biggest technology ­company ever to list on the NSX.

Shares were priced at 55¢ each, ­valuing the company by market capitalisation at $165 million. AdvanceTC is a research and development phase company with big ambitions to manufacture and take to market a three-in-one laptop.

The NSX has 24 stockbrokers, 32 nominated advisers and more than 100 listed securities while more than A$3 Billion has been raised by companies on NSX.

It will be witnessed by Advance TC Executive Chairman and Executive Officer Loi Cheng Peng and other directors of the firm who have flown in from Malaysia.

Originally based in Malaysia, and now becoming grounded in Australia.
